font-family: georgia, serif;\">Perform bank reconciliations for Joyce Meyer Ministries and Hope Mountain Ranch accounts</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Prepare allocations for journal entry use and reconcile petty cash</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Produce and analyze required reports timely: may include Trial Balance, Financial Statements, Flux Analysis, various reports and other ad-hoc reporting requirements</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Assist with creation, maintenance, and analysis of JMM budgets</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Assist management: preparation for mileage booklets, annual audit, writing procedures, and complete special projects</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Assist with fixed assets: additions, disposals, depreciation, year-end reports &amp; yearly inventory tracking</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Communicate relevant updates to Controller&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Assist the Finance Department with general ledger account coding, estate planning recordkeeping, and Salesforce functions</li><li dir=\"auto\" style='font-size: 18px; font-family: garamond, \"times new roman\", serif;'><span style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;
