We need a high-caliber Senior Corporate Recruiter based in Guadalajara who can bring corporate excellence, an elite work ethic, and a fierce sense of urgency to our talent acquisition team.
The Role
This is not a passive, administrative resume-screening role. You will operate as a high-velocity talent partner, owning 10 to 15 open operational, corporate, and executive roles simultaneously.
You will launch by mastering our operational pipelines (Operations, Intake, Marketing, and Administration). As an incredibly fast learner, you will quickly absorb the nuances of our specialized legal roles to become a full-cycle powerhouse. What You’ll Do
Own the Cycle: Drive the full recruitment lifecycle from intake strategy sessions with leadership to sourcing, screening, and closing top-tier talent.
Aggressive Passive Sourcing: Actively hunt for passive candidates via LinkedIn and professional networks; you don't wait for applications to roll in.
Maintain High Velocity: Manage a dynamic workload of 10–15 corporate and operational reqs with an extreme sense of urgency and zero drop-off in quality.
Deliver Corporate Excellence: Provide an elite, high-touch candidate experience that reflects the premium brand of Farahi Law Firm.
Act as a Strategic Partner: Provide real-time market data, pipeline insights, and talent advice directly to executive stakeholders.
Who You Are
Experienced: 4+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, ideally within fast-paced environments like Tech, Finance, Executive Search, or Global Business Services.
Linguistic Expert: Flawless, professional English (both written and spoken). You comfortably conduct deep interviews and interface with U.S. executives.
Fast Learner: You possess the agility to dive into a new industry (the U.S. legal landscape) and master specialized vocabulary and job mechanics in record time.
High Energy: You have an outgoing, engaging personality with the natural ability to command a room, pitch a vision, and build instant rapport.
Results-Driven: You love the independent contractor model because you back your own skills, you want the stability of a USD base, combined with the massive upside of a performance-per-hire bonus structure.
