Apply today!<br><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position  </span>          Graphic Designer</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Shift </span>                 Full-time, 40 hours per week</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Department </span>     Sales Operations</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location</span>           Richmond, B.C</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reports to</span>        Manager, Sales Operations</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Purpose:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Graphic Designer<br>will be responsible for all graphics functions for sales, including presentations, proposals, bid documents, and other sales materials as needed. This position will develop an understanding of the company, products, customers, markets, and competitors as well as define and align goals with departmental goals for mutual success.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Obtain deliverables from departments and team members to design, build, print and deliver compelling and dynamic Proposal Books and Presentations.</li>\n<li>Assist in the development of supporting materials for proposals and presentations, e.g., product feature sheets, standard drawings, etc.</li>\n<li>Lead design production of periodic sales newsletter.</li>\n<li>Assist in the development of general materials, e.g., training documents, materials for sales events, etc.</li>\n<li>Ownership and ongoing continuous improvement of contract, proposal, and presentation templates.</li>\n<li>Ensure all proposals are consistent and follow brand identity standards.</li>\n<li>Photo editing and manipulation as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Post-secondary education in Graphic Design or equivalent</li>\n<li>Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a graphic design position</li>\n<li>Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) such as, In-Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator</li>\n<li>Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</li>\n<li>Experience working on contracts, proposals and/or presentations is an asset</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Competencies, Skills &amp; Abilities: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent organizational, project and priority management skills</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and proofing skills</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to listen, communicate (written and oral) and collaborate</li>\n<li>Ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external working relationships with all levels in the organization</li>\n<li>Able to work quickly and efficiently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, fun and professional environment</li>\n<li>Self-starter and energetic with the ability to work independently and as a team</li>\n<li>A positive ‘can do’ mindset with a desire to continually learn and improve results</li>\n<li>Must be legally eligible to work in Canada</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WhiteWater Competencies:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accountability – We do what we say</li>\n<li>Collaboration – We work well together</li>\n<li>Customer Focus – We know and respond to our customers</li>\n<li>Communication – We listen to and understand each other</li>\n<li>Authenticity – We are honest and trust each other</li>\n<li>Resilience – We deal effectively with pressure and are persistent and optimistic</li>\n<li>Flexibility &amp; Adaptability – We are willing and able to respond to changing circumstances</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>WhiteWater is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
