font-weight: bold\">The Position</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">We are seeking a PE Specialist for 20 hrs per week (term-time) with experience coaching sport who will teach to our delivery standards within a school setting.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This role requires an individual who is confident, knowledgeable, and versatile with the ability to engage young people, work independently and is committed to being a role model and coaching to high standards, who can deliver and adapt lesson aims, developing participant skills. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">It is vital that applicants have prior experience working within a school environment.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Knowledge and Experience Requirements </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">At least a NGB Level 2 Coaching Badge or equivalent</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Applicants must have a minimum of two years’ experience working in a sports sector or school environment delivering sports sessions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">A good knowledge of at least three areas of the curriculum is essential (Games, Dance, Gymnastics, Athletics, OAA)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience creating and following lesson plans.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience assessing pupil performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Knowledge and passion for a variety of sports/dance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent organisation and time management skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Risk Assessment experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience working with a variety of ages.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">GCSE Maths and English.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">First Aid and Child Protection Training - Desirable.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Committed to continuous professional development</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Willingness to undergo training is essential.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
