Description

This position is contingent upon contract award We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager (PM) to lead operations supporting the Maritime Expeditionary Security Force (MESF). This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for project execution, ensuring alignment with Navy expeditionary operational, training, and readiness requirements. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a deep background in naval expeditionary warfare and a proven track record of managing defense contracts. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Oversee the successful execution of tasks across multiple MESF objective areas, managing timelines, deliverables, and contractor personnel. Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver high-level oral briefings and author comprehensive technical reports, white papers, and correspondence to engage effectively with senior MESF leadership and the broader community of interest. Operational Alignment: Leverage deep Navy expeditionary experience to ensure training, readiness, and operational support align with current fleet requirements and commands. Innovation Integration: Utilizing modern workflow solutions, including civilian and government-authorized Artificial Intelligence (AI) assistance tools, to optimize productivity, data analysis, and reporting.
