font-size: 11.0pt;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 11.0pt;\">The suitable candidate will be able to perform the following duties:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Interview clients individually, in families or in groups to obtain case history background information and prepare intake reports.</span></li>\n<li><span>Assess strengths, deficits and difficulties and determine the types of service required.</span></li>\n<li><span>Provide therapy to assist clients in developing skills to deal with and resolve their social and personal difficulties.</span></li>\n<li><span>Being a member of a multi-disciplinary team, to develop a self-help approach to the overall improvement of health and social well-being of band members.</span></li>\n<li><span>Participating in community development projects that enhance the capacity of the community with respect to mental health issues.</span></li>\n<li><span>Providing follow-up care to individuals and families returning from treatment at outside agencies.</span></li>\n<li><span>Development of school-based programs.</span></li>\n<li><span>Development of a crisis intervention plan for communities.</span></li>\n<li><span>Provide crisis intervention services and emergency shelter referral services.</span></li>\n<li><span>Implement and organize the delivery of specific services within the community.</span></li>\n<li><span>Implement life skills and workshops/presentations on mental health related topics.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintaining professional confidentiality within the limits of legal and child welfare reporting requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span>Other work-related duties as assigned by Immediate Supervisor.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 11.0pt;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 11.0pt;\">The suitable candidate will possess the following qualifications:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Bachelor of Education with a Major in Psychology or related field;</span></li>\n<li><span>1-2 years’ experience working in Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field is preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to counsel children, youth, and adults.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work within multidisciplinary team.</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span>Required Professional Registration with a Regulatory Body (i.e., Saskatchewan Social Work Association, Canadian Social Work Association, etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience working with First Nations communities is an asset.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to speak/understand Cree is an asset.</span></li>\n<li><span>Must</span><span> have a Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and own a reliable vehicle.</span></li>\n<li><span>Must</span><span> provide a satisfactory and recent;
