          "text": "<p><strong>Role - </strong>INFOR M3 Support Consultant<br>\n<strong>Location -</strong> Remote USA<br>\n<strong>Employment Type - </strong>Fulltime</p><p><u><strong>Job Overview:</strong></u><br>\nWe are looking for an experienced Infor M3 Supply Chain Functional Consultant to join our global support team.&#xa0;<br>\nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving complex functional issues and ensuring business continuity for our clients'' M3 environments.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br>\n<u>Production Support:&#xa0;</u></strong></p><ul><li>Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support for Infor M3 Supply Chain modules, ensuring timely resolution of tickets within defined SLAs.&#xa0;</li><li>Core Module Expertise: Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Procurement (PUR), Sales (OIS), Warehouse Management (WMS/MMS), and Distribution.&#xa0;</li><li>Business Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and provide functional workarounds or permanent fixes for system gaps.&#xa0;</li><li>M3 Configuration: Perform functional configurations in M3 (e.g., CRS, MMS, OIS tables) to support changing business requirements.&#xa0;</li><li>Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with technical teams for bug fixes and interface issues and communicate effectively with global business users.&#xa0;</li></ul><p><u><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications&#xa0;</strong></u></p><ul><li>Experience: 6+ years of functional experience in Infor M3 (v13.4, CloudSuite, or on premises).&#xa0;</li><li>Functional Depth: Strong knowledge of M3 programs such as OIS100, OIS300, PPS200, MMS001, and MWS410.&#xa0;</li><li>Integration Knowledge: Basic understanding of how M3 Supply Chain interacts with Finance (FAM) and Infor OS (ION/BODs).&#xa0;</li><li>Problem Solving: Proven ability to handle \"Business Critical\" incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA).&#xa0;</li><li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with international clients.<br>\n&#xa0;</li></ul>",
