Description
Job Summary
Responsible for assisting with department projects for the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Project Support: Assist with a variety of projects across departments to support daily operations and improve overall department services. Data Analysis: Help gather and analyze data related to bookings, customer activity, and operational performance to identify trends and opportunities. Documentation: Support the creation and maintenance of internal documentation, including processes, procedures, and guidelines. Research: Conduct research on travel industry trends, customer preferences, and vendor options to support business initiatives. Collaboration: Work closely with team members across different departments, contributing to team projects and organizational goals. Operational Support: Provide general administrative and operational support, ensuring efficient day-to-day department functions. Project Coordination: Assist in tracking timelines, organizing tasks, and supporting the successful completion of projects and initiatives. Transferable Skills
Planning & Organizing. Leverage organizational and time management skills to effectively manage technology projects, ensuring alignment with individual and company performance goals, reviews, and project priorities. Communication. Utilize effective written, oral, and presentation skills. Ability to convey ideas with proper grammar and effective style; effectively give and receive information in individual or group situations; deliver ideas to internal team members and external clients through appropriate communication channels. Minimum of 3 years of college; currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience); preferred. Advanced, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; preferred. Familiarity with CRM systems; a plus. Strong interest in the travel industry, including destinations, customer experience, and travel trends.
