All projects delivered on time, within scope and budget.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-size: 12pt\">Perform rough and finished carpentry, mostly internal, including but not limited to framing, structures, windows, doors, walls, molding, cabinetry, hardware, floors, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-size: 12pt\">Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-size: 12pt\">Use construction and maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks including rigging hardware and cranes when necessary.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-size: 12pt\">Comply </span><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-size: 12pt\">with quality and safety standards. Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-size: 12pt\">Ensure regulated and proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is worn.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-size: 12pt\">Follow project instructions from Project Manager and construction drawings ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-size: 12pt\">Comply with standard construction methods and operating procedures, including company policies and procedures. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-size: 12pt\">Communicating with the project team via verbal and written updates.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-size: 12pt\">Provide direction and assistance to Production Assistants and trade partners as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-size: 12pt\">Daily travel to job sites. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-size: 12pt\">Other duties as assigned. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-size: 12pt\">Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-size: 12pt\">High school diploma/GED and minimum 10-15 years’ experience as a carpenter. Remodeling experience a plus.  Education in construction and/or construction management a plus.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-size: 12pt\">Must 18 years of age.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-size: 12pt\">Thorough understanding of construction materials, mechanical, electrical and plumbing building systems. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-size: 12pt\">Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings and plan sets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of OSHA compliance and safety standards. OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-size: 12pt\">Organizational and time management skills with the ability to shift priorities and deal with changing demands in an effective manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-size: 12pt\">Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills to connect and build relationships with diverse audiences.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-size: 12pt\">Strong work ethic and accountability with positive attitude open to teamwork.
