Throw in integrity, a relentless drive for excellence and a commitment to always doing what’s right, and you’ve got our interest.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>50% dining privilege</li>\n <li>Fast-paced, fun environment</li>\n <li>Open-door communication</li>\n <li>Ability to advance your career </li>\n <li>Health benefits</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements and Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Arrives to work on time as scheduled in full uniform</li>\n <li>Acknowledges all Guests that come within five feet in a smiling, friendly manner</li>\n <li>Adheres to all service standards to indirectly create “Ale House Raving Fans”</li>\n <li>Works directly with both BOH and FOH Team Members to ensure all the Guest’s needs are fulfilled in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Acts as liaison between FOH and BOH Team Members to ensure all Guest requests are accommodated</li>\n <li>Ensures menu knowledge to address any server or bartender questions about the menu, including food allergy issues</li>\n <li>Upholds recipe specifications and perfect presentation of every dish</li>\n <li>Ensures every dish reaches Guest piping hot by calling for “food runners”</li>\n <li>Drives ticket times while ensuring proper food handling and sanitation of work areas</li>\n <li>Communicates any potential Guest issues, Team Member issues and/or long ticket times to Management</li>\n <li>Maintains neat and organized work areas; to include sweeping and mopping as needed</li>\n <li>Sets up Team Members for success at shift change by accomplishing end of shift side work and ensuring work areas are stocked and ready for take over</li>\n <li>Notifies Management immediately of any potential Guest or Team Member issue</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>SAFETY & SANITATION</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Washes hands every 30 minutes throughout the shift</li>\n <li>Maintains clean and sanitized work areas</li>\n <li>Works with Team Members to ensure that safety and sanitation protocol is being executed to company standard</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>TEAMWORK, SKILLS AND EDUCATION</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supports Front and Back of House functions as needed, ensuring that everything within the 4 walls of the restaurant is every Team Member’s responsibility</li>\n <li>Positively communicates with other Team Members and Management to keep one another informed</li>\n <li>Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to work alone as well as with a team</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Possesses basic reading skills</li>\n <li>Must be a minimum of 18 years of age unless otherwise dictated by state law</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</u></strong></p>\n<p>The Expeditor is expected to be able to perform the job functions with reasonable accommodation.  Physical demands include:  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Remain standing for extended periods of time in a work area that has an elevated air temperature</li>\n <li>Reaching, bending, pushing/pulling, lifting, and squatting, up to 30 lbs., for short distances</li>\n <li>Frequent communication with Managers and Team Members.
