This role ensures accuracy in kitting operations, supports contractor fulfillment, and maintains inventory integrity. The position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>In this role you will be required to&hellip;</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Prepare and ship trim/fabric items to contractors according to weekly Master Production orders.</li>\r\n\t<li>Use computer systems, handheld scan guns, and reports to manage kitting tasks.</li>\r\n\t<li>Print labels and tickets for contractor shipments.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure accuracy and completeness of kitted items before shipment.</li>\r\n\t<li>Fill in for contractor support roles as needed.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain organized workstations and follow safety protocols.</li>\r\n\t<li>Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.</li>\r\n\t<li>Support continuous improvement in kitting processes.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Strong computer skills and proficiency in inventory software and databases.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to solve problems and adapt to changing priorities.</li>\r\n\t<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\r\n\t<li>Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in kitting.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.</li>\r\n\t<li>Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift items of varying weights.</li>\r\n\t<li>Determination and patience in handling repetitive tasks.</li>\r\n\t<li>Willingness to learn new systems and cross-train in related functions.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>\r\n\t<li>Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory or warehouse operations preferred.</li>\r\n\t<li>Experience with handheld scanners and label printing systems preferred.&nbsp;</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Positional: May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. &nbsp;Must be able to grasp or manipulate small items for assembly.
