  "BriefDescription": "Our Distribution Yard Associate is tasked with assisting train and barge off loads from the ground - shoveling, using pry bars, maintaining conveyors.  This is a physical job that requires someone to be safe and work in a team environment.  We use wheel loaders, skid steers and excavators.  Very important aspect of the position is being open to a varying schedule due to barge and rail timelines that align with customer needs. There could be early mornings or late evening along with weekend work.  The team prides itself on looking after each other to ensure everyone is safe.  An average day will start with a team meeting to discuss upcoming loads, team assignments into various areas of the distribution yard, and a safety talk.",
