If you&rsquo;re motivated, dependable, and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!</p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>Summary</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p><p>Responsible for all aspects of Machine Operation; including set-up and operation of manual and CNC machines, including mills, lathes, presses etc.</p><p><strong data-pasted=\"true\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong> The responsibilities listed below are not intended to be all-inclusive.</p><ul><li>Operations of CNC machining across multi-axis or multiple CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Contributes to the production of all Rogers Group products by operating and performing set-ups on CNC machines</li><li>Responsible for completing assigned jobs independently from start to finish across many machining platforms.&nbsp;</li><li>Runs multiple and varying CNC machines simultaneously, such as Lathes, Mills in addition to operating manual machine tools to cut, drill, shape, and finish quality products with little supervision.&nbsp;</li><li>Utilities Inventor CAM software for creating 2.5 &ndash; 5-axis mill and mill-turn toolpath strategies.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitors the machine to ensure proper program performance</li><li>Completes shop work orders, inspection documentation, and daily maintenance sheets</li><li>Makes adjustments to machines without supervision</li><li>Troubleshoots problems and escalates to technical experts and leadership as necessary.&nbsp;</li><li>Advocates for the health and safety of self, co-workers, customers and community.&nbsp;</li><li>Support quality compliance by adhering to all procedures, work instructions, and forms.&nbsp;</li><li>Completes all required training</li></ul><p><strong><u>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS</u></strong>:</p><p>The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. &nbsp;Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p><p><u>EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE</u>: &nbsp;</p><ul><li>Must possess a high school diploma or GED.&nbsp;</li><li>Subject matter expert at reading blueprints and a tape measure.&nbsp;</li><li>Three (3) + years of machining experience in a manufacturing environment (required).&nbsp;</li><li>Familiar with Inventor CAM.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><u>LANGUAGE SKILLS</u>: &nbsp;</p><ul><li>Ability to read, analyze and interpret the English language.&nbsp;</li><li data-pasted=\"true\">Associate must have the ability to communicate internally and externally effectively and efficiently.</li></ul><p><u>MATHEMATICAL SKILLS</u>: &nbsp;</p><ul><li>Must possess basic math skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><u>REASONING ABILITY</u>: &nbsp;</p><ul><li>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with the variety of situations.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><u>PHYSICAL SKILLS</u>:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Agility of the upper and lower body extremities, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.&nbsp;</li><li>Able to walk and stand for several hours.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be aware of forklift traffic presence and have visual alertness at corners and doorways.&nbsp;</li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Additional Job Information:</strong></p><p>The environment is active and fast-paced, with fabrication and production operating throughout the day.
