ERP is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Disability and Veteran.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Work Schedule:</strong></p>\n<p>Normal schedule is Monday - Friday, 8.5 hours between 7:00am and 3:30pm, including a half-hour lunch break. </p>\n<p>No Weekends, No Call, No Holidays!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Specific Duties:</strong> The type of work may include, but is not limited to, the following:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>• Practice within the guidelines of their state licensing board, American Psychological Association Ethical Principles and Code of Conduct, and MTF privileges. • Conduct psychological evaluations utilizing information from clinical interviews, psychological testing, and collateral sources, as appropriate. • Establish psychiatric diagnoses according to the American Psychiatric Association Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Disorders. • Provide psychological treatment for individuals and groups; help medical and surgical patients deal with illnesses or injuries.• Assist in rehabilitation of patients.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>**This position is in support of the Psychological Health initiative under the Psychological Health and </em><em>Traumatic Brain Injury (PH and TBI) program. The program seeks to address gaps in the care </em><em>available for the prevalent injuries among combatants from the global war on terrorism. </em><em>Through adoption of risk-based staffing models and a uniform, best practice standard of care </em><em>across DOD, the program seeks to ensure easy, rapid access to PH care for all beneficiaries and </em><em>to ensure that transition across networks of care recognizes the unique care coordination and case </em><em>management requirements for PH and TBI patients.</em></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>* Education: </strong>Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA accredited psychology program.</p>\n<p><strong>* Internship/Residency: </strong>Successful completion from an internship in psychology accredited by the American Psychological Association.</p>\n<p><strong>*</strong><strong> Experience: </strong>Minimum of 1 year experience as a licensed clinical psychologist </p>\n<p><strong>* License: </strong>Active, unrestricted license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist from any state.</p>\n<p><strong>* Life Support Certification: </strong>Possess a current AHA or ARC BLS Healthcare Provider certification.</p>\n<p><strong>* Security:</strong> Must possess ability to pass a Government background check/security clearance.</p>",
