    "description": "<h2>Description and Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Are you a student looking for a temporary summer job at an organization Where Your Work Matters?</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Open Sky is now hiring summer temp staff to help support individuals with developmental, intellectual, physical, mental health and other challenges in a residential group home by promoting independence, safety, and quality of life. This role provides hands-on support, guidance, and assistance with daily living activities while encouraging community engagement and meaningful participation.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Open Sky's Respite Programs are short-term group living environments that provide treatment of intermittent crisis and stabilization for adults who are diagnosed with a mental health and/or substance use disorder.
