Line Attendants are responsible for preparation and presentation of all foods on the buffet line, ensuring the efficiency of the line on a scheduled shift is completed in accordance with Company specifications and standards and cleanliness of work area.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\"><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong>include the following<strong>:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Provide excellent guest service while actively supporting the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.</li><li style=\"font-size: 24px;\" id=\"isPasted\">Performs as a team member with Line Cooks, Dishwashers, Supervisors, Chefs, Servers, Utilities, and pertinent company Associates in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation on a scheduled shift.</li><li style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Prepare salads, dressings, canap&eacute;s, and other cold dishes.</li><li style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Carve meats, prepare desserts as needed.</li><li style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Maintain a fully stocked and presentable Buffet Line at all times.</li><li style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Maintain knowledge of what ingredients are used in the dishes in order to communicate information to guests in relation to likes, dislikes, food allergies, etc.</li><li style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Solicit feedback from guests and communicate with cooks any issues, concerns, or excitement and requests.</li><li style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Consistently maintain a clean and sanitary area in full accordance with State Health Regulations.</li><li style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Follow recipes and other departmental control procedures.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\"><strong>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">High School Diploma or GED preferred</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Previous Customer Service and/or Food Service experience is a plus.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Willingness to learn and be coached</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Experience working as part of a large team</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people is ideal!</span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\"><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</strong>:&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. &nbsp;The Associate frequently is required to stand and walk. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">The Associate is frequently required to lift up to 25 lb., and occasionally required to lift up to 50 lb.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\" id=\"isPasted\">The Buffet typically operates between the hours of 5AM-11PM, 7 days/week.
