This role plays a key part in our coating process by preparing and handling parts for powder coating, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the finishing line.</p>\n<p>This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a hands-on manufacturing environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a full time position with excellent affordable medical, dental and vision benefits, paid holidays, paid time off and 401k match. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pay Rate: $18-$19/hr. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Monday - Thursday 6a - 4:30 pm    4 day work week.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Hang and rack parts in preparation for the coating process</li>\n <li>Ensure proper spacing and alignment of materials for quality coverage</li>\n <li>Cleans paint lines, guns, and preventative maintenance</li>\n <li>Report problems with quality, process, equipment and materials to supervisor</li>\n <li>Inspect parts for defects or inconsistencies </li>\n <li>Remove finished parts from the line and prepare for next steps</li>\n <li>Comply with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to take direction and work well with others</li>\n <li>Must work within the confines of Selux’s PPE and Safety Policy, which includes, Safety Glasses, gloves and dust masks.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Knowledge and Skills:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior manufacturing work experience preferred</li>\n <li>Must focus closely on details (attention to detail is critical)</li>\n <li>Must follow direction and work well with others.</li>\n <li>Read, write, speak and understand English.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to stand, walk stoop, bend, and lift overhead.</li>\n <li>Ability to move/lift up to 50 lbs</li>\n <li>Frequently required to use hands to handle objects</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a hot environment.</li>\n <li>Specific vision requirements include close vision.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Website</h2>\n<p>https://www.selux.us/</p>\n<h2>Company Profile</h2>\n<p><strong>Employ­ment</strong>Selux Cor­po­ra­tion has a suc­cess­ful track record of tremen­dous growth and sus­tain­abil­ity as a world-wide man­u­fac­turer of archi­tec­turally designed lumi­naires, nes­tled right here in the Hudson Valley.
