font-weight: 600\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) is responsible for ensuring that all externally sourced materials and components supplied meet Safetrust’s quality standards, technical specifications, and customer requirements.  We are currently recruiting for 2 positions, one on-site at our Ha Noi supplier and the other on-site at our supplier located in Dong Nai. <br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This entry to mid level role serves as a critical link between suppliers and internal teams, driving supplier performance, managing quality issues, and supporting both production and new production introduction(NPI) activities.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically strong, and experienced in working with suppliers in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: 600\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Supplier Quality Management &amp; Performance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Conduct supplier audits on-site (in Ha Noi or Dong Nai)</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> to assess compliance with quality standards and requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Monitor supplier quality performance through defined metrics and KPIs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Supplier Issue Management &amp; Improvement</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead supplier corrective action requests (SCAR)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Perform root cause analysis using tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Track and verify effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Supplier Issue Management &amp; Corrective Actions</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) and ensure timely resolution</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Perform root cause analysis using structured methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Track, validate, and verify effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Change Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage supplier-initiated changes, including PCN (Product Change Notice) and ECN (Engineering Change Notice)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure all changes are properly evaluated, validated, and approved prior to implementation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Partner with internal stakeholders to assess risk and impact of supplier changes</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Production &amp; New Product Introduction (NPI) Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support production teams in resolving supplier-related quality issues</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Participate in NPI activities, including part qualification, validation, and supplier readiness</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, and QA teams to ensure seamless product introduction</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: 600\">What You Bring</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related field)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">2–5 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or a related field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience working with international suppliers preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding of supplier quality processes and continuous improvement practices</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proven ability to manage supplier performance and drive issue resolution</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Effective communication and cross-functional coordination</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">High attention to detail and quality standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proficiency in English (reading and writing)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
