    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>Summary of Position</u></strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Responsible for basic operation of CNC mills and lathes.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Load and unload fixtures</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform basic routine maintenance functions on equipment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform inspection of own work using go and no-go gauge to ensure few or no mistakes are made in the assembly of the product.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Communicate with supervisor, engineers, production control, quality, and other manufacturing personnel for assignments and to resolve quality issues.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Produces the required quantity of parts or product to meet established daily goals.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Utilize company ERP system to track product through the production line.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain sound working knowledge and application of firearm safety.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Produces the required quantity of parts and/or product to meet established daily goals.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Complete all required paperwork timely and accurately.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Adhere to all employment policies/safety policies/practices required by law/established by Company.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Wear all necessary Personal Protective Equipment as always directed by Company.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Immediately report any maintenance and/or safety issues to supervisor</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrate a positive attitude towards co-workers, other departments, and the Company.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain respect, courtesy and professionalism towards all co-workers and the Company.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Actively participate and support the 5S process by maintaining a clean workstation and department.</li></ul></div><p><u>Qualifications &amp;&nbsp;</u><u>Knowledge&nbsp;</u><u>Required</u></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
