    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Tool Crib Attendant (Heavy Equipment Shop)</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Sureway</strong> <strong>Construction</strong> is one of Alberta’s largest heavy construction contractors, with over 50 years’ experience, involved in; civil earthworks and grading, utilities and offsite, mine operation and aggregate extraction.</p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>Work Local- Work Sureway!</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>We offer:</strong> Benefits, RRSP/TFSA Matching, Boot Allowance, and a state-of-the-art shop to work in</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full Time, Permanent</p>\n<p><strong>Schedule: </strong>10+ Hours/day, Saturdays and Sundays as required, Schedule as per Operational Requirements, OT after 8hr/day or 44hr/week</p>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong> 9175 – 14 Street NW, Edmonton, AB - no direct access to public transportation</p>\n<p><strong>Essential: </strong>Hard-working, reliable, flexible with schedule, ability to work in physically demanding conditions</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong>    </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Personal Reliable Vehicle</li>\n <li>CSA approved steel toed boots with 6” ankle support</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Pre-employment:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Drug and alcohol testing (swab-based test) </li>\n <li>Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation</li>\n <li>Fitness to Work Assessment </li>\n <li>Mask Fit Testing </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Tool Crib Attendant </strong><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Overlook inventory of tools, perform inspection of tools and equipment to ensure items are in working order</li>\n <li>Load and unload materials and equipment and ensure to perform inspection of all incoming materials and tools</li>\n <li>Maintain clear records of tools and equipment usage with the designed tracking system </li>\n <li>Track all PPE and equipment issued for costing purposes</li>\n <li>Identify tools and equipment using identification tags</li>\n <li>Escalate any identified material and tool discrepancies to the Parts Manager </li>\n <li>Responsible for keeping the crib area secure at all times</li>\n <li>Ensure the work environment it kept clean and organized.</li>\n <li>Prepare requisitions to replenish low inventory</li>\n <li>Ensuring the proper handling, sorting and preparation of tools for work</li>\n <li>This is a general responsibilities list and does not include all responsibilities required of the position.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Tool Crib Attendant </strong><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years’  experience as a Tool Crib Attendant </li>\n <li>Familiarity with Toolhound is considered an asset.</li>\n <li>Must have experience working with Microsoft Office and Outlook.</li>\n <li>Experience working with Heavy Equipment is considered an asset.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Sureway Construction Group</strong> is an equal opportunity employer.
