MHO&rsquo;s (admission, quarterly, discharge). ASAM&rsquo;s (admission, monthly, discharge).</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Complete prior authorizations for all clients prior to administering clinical services. Resubmit prior authorizations prior to the date requested by the insurance companies.</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Complete progress notes within 48 hours of face-to-face contact.</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Submit progress notes every 48 hours from the date services are rendered.</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Monitor and track units approved by the insurance company.</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Attend monthly meetings when deemed necessary</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">When appropriate renew state license and registered intern status with the Department of Health.</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Comply with AHCA stipulations for TBOS and individual therapists.</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Ensure that Medicaid is active, and the insurance provided has not changed at the beginning of each month.</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Maintain a valid Florida Driver&rsquo;s License and car insurance.</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Be a facilitator between the Agape Staff and client.</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Maintain productivity at 85% of caseload.</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Attend supervision weekly, biweekly, monthly contingent on recommendation from Lead Therapist to no less than 1 time per month.</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Complete compliance training as needed to comply with licensure and DCF licensing (Relias Training)</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Check email communication daily.</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Perform other duties assigned by Outpatient Lead Therapist, Outpatient Therapist Supervisor and others.</li></ol></div><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><br></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;margin-left:1.5in;text-indent:-1.5in;'><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong>The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong>Education and/or Experience:&nbsp;</strong>Master&rsquo;s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Social Work, plus one-year experience working with severely emotionally disturbed individuals served or individuals with co-occurring disorders.
