We hire exceptional individuals seeking meaningful opportunities in a purpose-driven environment.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assessment, treatment plan, individual and group counseling, care coordination, training, SUD recovery skills and education, and relapse prevention.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Reasonable accommodation may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Interventions including individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, collateral services, and other relevant recovery-related services. Conduct intake assessments, including ASAM assessments, level of care assessments, and diagnostic determinations. Treatment plans and evaluate progress.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Complete accurate and timely documentation as contractually required and meet minimum requirements for direct billable client services.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Conduct chart and treatment plan reviews to ensure compliance with agency, federal, state, and local government standards, and monitor client progress and changing needs throughout treatment.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Support and encourage client&rsquo;s family-significant others to participate in client stabilization and program services, offering referrals as needed.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Facilitate placement including pre-placement visits and transportation as needed.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Maintain confidentiality of client&rsquo;s care.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Participate in scheduled meetings.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Other relevant duties as assigned.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Monitor and observe health and safety of residential and withdrawal management participants.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; SUD Certification from a recognized board preferred; Minimum of SUD registration required.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Valid CA driver&rsquo;s license and current auto insurance per contract requirements required.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Experience providing substance use disorder services preferred.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Cultural competency understanding required.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Bilingual preferred.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR software preferred.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Per program contact requirements, must satisfactorily complete a Tuberculosis test prior to hire and once annually thereafter.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; CPR/First Aid certification (preferred), and bi-annual thereafter.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">These physical demands represent what must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">position.
