Location: Hybrid - 3 days a week at our US Virgin HQ, based onsite at Delta World HQ - Atlanta
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday

In a nutshell
As Sales Performance Manager, Americas, you will play a key role in helping our Americas Commercial team understand performance across the US, Canada and the Caribbean, using data, insight and commercial judgement to identify where we can take meaningful action.
Reporting to the VP Americas, you will work closely with Virgin Atlantic teams across Sales, Revenue Management, Pricing, Marketing, Digital and Distribution, as well as Delta Air Lines Sales Development team in Atlanta. You will be accountable for sales reporting, performance analysis, planning and insight across the Americas, supporting the region to deliver against significant point-of-sale revenue targets.
This is more than an analyst role. You will be expected to act as a commercial leader, turning insight into clear recommendations, influencing senior stakeholders, and supporting the Americas leadership team to make confident, data-led decisions.
Day to day
As Sales Performance Manager, Americas, you will:
Build and manage sales performance reporting for the Americas region, using existing Virgin Atlantic performance packs and insight to guide action. Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to the VP Americas and Americas Leadership Team. Analyse Americas point-of-sale revenue performance, including revenue share, flow performance, market share and quality of revenue. Work closely with Revenue Management, Pricing and Commercial teams to ensure decisions are informed by the wider commercial picture. Partner with Delta Air Lines Sales Development team to make effective use of data, insight and sales development cadence. Build high-quality performance packs for senior audiences, including the Chief Commercial Officer and Commercial Leadership Team where needed. Support the Americas Sales team with clear, practical insight they can use to improve sales performance. Contribute as a member of the Americas Commercial Leadership Team, helping shape performance, priorities and outcomes for the region.
About You
We are looking for someone who can combine commercial judgement, sales performance insight and stakeholder influence to help drive results across the Americas region.
To be successful at application stage, you will need to demonstrate:
Experience working in a revenue-focused, commercial or sales performance role. Strong analytical capability, with experience using sales data to produce clear insight, recommendations and actions. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively across a matrix environment. Experience building performance reporting, dashboards or insight packs, ideally using Power BI or similar tools. Experience using sales performance data, market insight and business priorities to make commercially sound recommendations. Must have the right to live and work in the US.
