The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IBM Planning Analytics and be capable of managing support incidents, delivering enhancements, and contributing to release management processes. Experience with PrecisionView is a plus.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide day-to-day support for IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), including Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW), TM1 Web, and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE).</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and incidents in a timely manner.</li>\n<li>Deliver system enhancements and ensure smooth implementation.</li>\n<li>Participate in release management activities, including planning, testing, and deployment.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.</li>\n<li>Maintain documentation related to support processes and enhancement delivery.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB QUALIFICATIONS:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).</li>\n<li>Proficiency in PAW, TM1 Web, and PAfE.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Experience with incident resolution and enhancement delivery.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with release management practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</p>",
