The Head of Finance Lux will be responsible for structuring, managing, and consolidating the financial operations the Corporate entities in Lux.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Accounting for Lux</span></li>\n</ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Structure the accounting organisation</li>\n<li>Ensure the quality of accounting entries in the system, covering external and interco financing activities, OPEX and costs of M&amp;A projects</li>\n<li>Complete monthly, quarterly and annual closings under local GAAP and IFRS in a timely manner (quarterly consolidation package)</li>\n<li>Contribute to Financial fast close set up</li>\n<li>Manage relationships with Local auditors up to the issuance of audit reports (Group audit and local statutory audits).</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Tax</span></li>\n</ol>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead tax declaration processes with the assistance of external advisors and support the challenge of tax opportunities managed by Head of Tax</li>\n<li>Support ad-hoc analyses and studies, particularly in close relationship with Tax Department (Transfer prices documentation) and Treasury Department</li>\n<li>Ensure Tax compliance</li>\n<li>Collaborate with other departments and coordinate all corporate finance structuring</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Financial Control of Lux Entities</span></li>\n</ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor monthly budget execution (Opex, Financing) in close interaction with the relevant departments at Corporate level.</li>\n<li>Prepare and oversee the budgeting and reforecasting process in collaboration with the concerned departments.</li>\n<li>Produce monthly performance analyses, dashboards, and activity reports for the finance department and executive committee.</li>\n<li>Contribute to optimizing the use of the finance system and participate in automating dashboard production.</li>\n<li>Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and propose optimization.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Internal Control </span></li>\n</ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Organize the financing activities with a strong attention to internal control best practices and internal guidelines</li>\n<li>Approve spending commitments in line with Group policies</li>\n<li>Implement SOX procedures and documentation according to the yearly SOX group roadmap</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Management of the Finance Organization </span></li>\n</ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Organize and plan the team’s activities, including OSP</li>\n<li>Ensure scalability of the organization to support fast strategic development of the organization</li>\n<li>Implement financing structuring collaboratively with Data4 Group departments</li>\n<li>Set and monitor individual and collective objectives.</li>\n<li>Ensure team members’ skills development.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Certification Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Health &amp; Safety: </span>Enforce hygiene, health, and safety rules.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Environment: </span>Enforce environmental policies.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Information Security: </span>Enforce information security policies.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Energy: </span>Enforce energy reduction policies.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Desired Profile<br><br></span></span></p>\n<ol>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education and Experience</span></li>\n</ol>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Ideally CPA qualified)</li>\n<li>Experience in a Audit / Accounting firm.</li>\n<li>Minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate finance.</li>\n<li>Managerial experience leading small teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ol>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Skills</span></li>\n</ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of accounting, consolidation, tax and best practices in financial control.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with accounting and treasury processes and softwares; experience of Consolidation and reporting systems (OneStream, for example); Microsoft Office</li>\n<li>Fluent in English.</li>\n<li>Experience in project and team management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ol>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">General Skills</span></li>\n</ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Rigor and methodical approach, detailed oriented.</li>\n<li>Adaptability and responsiveness.</li>\n<li>Open-minded.</li>\n<li>Organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.</li>\n<li>\n</li><li>Entrepreneurial spirit.</li>\n<li>Ability to synthetise.</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills, both oral and written.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p> </p>",
