Our projects are local so our<strong> Superintendents</strong> enjoy the benefit of spending less time on the road for long distance projects and more time at home each night.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>As a Danis Superintendent you’ll:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Lead with Vision</strong>: Supervise total on-site effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, schedule, safety and quality. Includes interfacing with client representatives and other contractors.</p>\n<p><strong>Implement Excellence</strong>: Plan and supervise craft foremen and/or craft activities which includes determining methods of construction, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, temporary power sources, work schedule and documenting actual hours worked. </p>\n<p><strong>Guide & Mentor</strong>: Lead project meetings, provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions, and mentor and develop field engineers.</p>\n<p><strong>Control & Implement Schedule:</strong> Streamline project timelines by planning and supervising craft activities, covering construction methods, manpower, materials, equipment, temporary power, and hours worked. Proactively manage schedules in alignment with project objectives.</p>\n<p><strong>Ensure Safety & Compliance</strong>: Ensure all on-site personnel comply with company project procedures, safety, quality program requirements, and work rules.
