font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Optimize the classroom environment to support the child’s growth, exploration, and engagement in daily learning experiences. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Act as an intentional designer and co-learner - setting up responsive, curiosity-driven spaces that evolve through observation, reflection, and the emerging interests of children. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monitor and document children’s progress through observations and assessments optimizing the data in the Fueling Brains application for appropriate lesson plans to enhance the teaching / learning process</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) from a recognized institution with specialisation in Infant and Toddler Education. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Current ECE-IT Certificate.
