With this store, we’re focusing exclusively on the craft ice creams we’ve been pioneering for 35+ years.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>We strive for a high energy, kind and positive team. We believe in serving our handcrafted ice creams in bright, beautiful, and welcoming environments. We eat a lot of ice cream.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>At Scooped by Demetres, we don't recruit for roles, we recruit for attitude and personality. As an <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Artisan</span>, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting our guests; explaining our ice cream flavours; and scooping and serving delicious ice cream. There will also be a little food prep/production in the kitchen/cafe.  </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>This is a part-time position, requiring shifts during afternoons, nights, weekends and holidays.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Provide warm + personable service</span></li>\n<li><span>Articulate the craft behind our ice creams smartly each time</span></li>\n<li><span>Guide guests towards their (soon-to-be) favourite ice cream flavours</span></li>\n<li><span>Scoop and serve a lot of ice cream</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Able to work quickly and efficiently while multitasking</span></li>\n<li><span>Able to learn quickly, follow directions, maintain a clean station, and be organized</span></li>\n<li><span>Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time</span></li>\n<li><span>Able to clearly &amp; kindly communicate with guests and colleagues</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><br>We have 5 Guiding Principles that we live by.
