This includes on-shift maintenance accountability for automation controls, receiving, processing, load outs, evaporation, drying, butter production, facilities, HVAC systems. This position focuses on managing the day-to-day activities of the on-shift maintenance team. This position will report directly to the Maintenance Manager.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Maintenance Supervisor&rsquo;s Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Supervising and leading all maintenance processes and operations on shift</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Work closely with Plant Engineering and Maintenance Manager to troubleshoot, improve and maintain the current operating facility</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Lead on-shift maintenance team through difficult downtime events to include prioritizing critical downtime activities and managing all work orders through the shift</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Inspect all machinery to ensure it is in a working standard</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Assist in creating and implementing maintenance procedures</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Assist with implementing and maintaining training for maintenance team to continue to grow.
