This role combines deep technical capabilities with strategic thinking to identify, design, and implement scalable AI solutions across business operations.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll be Doing:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze enterprise-wide business processes, subprocesses, and task-level activities to identify automation opportunities</li>\n<li>Design and implement AI-driven strategies using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">GenAI and agentic systems</span> to optimize operations</li>\n<li>Develop architecture mappings and frameworks for scalable, intelligent automation across domains such as procurement, inventory, and operations</li>\n<li>Translate business needs into actionable AI solutions aligned with organizational goals</li>\n<li>Design, build, and deploy <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">machine learning and NLP models</span> for real-world business applications</li>\n<li>Develop <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">GPT-based solutions</span>, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Text generation and summarization</li>\n<li>Contextual search and embeddings</li>\n<li>Multilingual translation systems</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Continuously improve model performance, scalability, and accuracy</li>\n<li>Build and maintain <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">end-to-end data pipelines</span> to support AI and analytics workflows</li>\n<li>Develop dashboards and reporting tools for <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">real-time monitoring and decision-making</span></li>\n<li>Perform data analysis, validation, and optimization in production environments</li>\n<li>Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms (primarily <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Azure</span>) <br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Need to Be Successful:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong experience in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI</span></li>\n<li>Experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">GPT models, embeddings, and LLM-based architectures</span></li>\n<li>Proficiency in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Python, SQL, and data engineering tools</span></li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Azure or similar cloud platforms</span></li>\n<li>Experience building <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">data pipelines and analytics dashboards</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to map business processes to AI-driven solutions</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities</li>\n<li>Experience driving <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">enterprise automation initiatives</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>Blanc Labs is enabling a digital future.
