This is what #LifeAtBNY is all about.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm\">We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Client Implementations to join our <strong>Client Conversion &amp; Change Team</strong> <strong>within the Client experience LOB</strong>. This role is a hybrid work schedule that will be located out of our Frankfurt, Germany office.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm\">In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for project/program management of complex projects and programs for new business. These would typically be long-term, multi-year and could be across platforms.</li>\n <li>Collaborates with internal Key Partners and clients to facilitate the conversion of new client’s assets, processes, and procedures from current custodian(s) to BNY.</li>\n <li>Deploys full program governance with standard artifacts to track project plan assignments.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Coordinates the planning, scheduling, reporting, and issue / risk tracking, escalates project/program risks to management and works with&nbsp;internal and external stakeholders to meet target onboarding/conversion timelines.</li>\n <li>Lead Client Conversion and Change improvement initiatives.</li>\n <li>Provides leadership and recommendations for overall success of complex onboardings/conversions to ensure the highest quality of project delivery and client satisfaction</li>\n <li>Collaborates with firm-wide resources (Operations, Product, Technology, Legal, etc.) to ensure client onboarding/conversion needs are being addressed and ensures alignment across teams</li>\n <li>\n  <p>Proactively manages client expectations by evaluating scope creep, material project changes, and customized operating models</p>\n  <p>&nbsp;</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm\">To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent&nbsp;</li>\n <li>8 -10+ years of total work experience preferred</li>\n <li>Project Management Certification is strongly preferred</li>\n <li>Experience in client-facing and/or project management roles is strongly recommended</li>\n <li>German language proficiency is highly preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm\">At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
