In this role, you will develop, monitor, and maintain operational procedures to ensure excellent process performance and quality while supervising and empowering logistics employees. This is an opportunity to drive continuous improvement initiatives, build relationships and influencing skills as well as technical skills while learning the ins and outs of wholesaler operations. The current availability for this position will cover the overnight shift and include a focus on routing, pick management and loading.</p><p></p><p><b>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</b> </p><ul><li><p>Manage day-to-day production operations of 10&#43; logistics employees</p></li><li><p>Lead, motivate, and develop department personnel including selection, performance management, and employee relations</p></li><li><p>Enforce and promote safe working practices</p></li><li><p>Plan, direct and schedule all manpower and equipment needs to meet daily operational requirements</p></li><li><p>Supervise receiving over-the-road loads from Anheuser-Busch and other breweries</p></li><li><p>Track and analyze operation efficiency measures</p></li><li><p>Manage, coach and develop a team to meet operational KPI/PI’s</p></li><li><p>Update templates and communication tools (including Weekly Trackers, Inventory tracking, and Meeting Decks) to provide routine visibility of operational performance</p></li><li><p>Lead process improvement, identify/implement Best Practices and initiate change</p></li><li><p>Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of employees and managers</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>JOB QUALIFICATIONS:</b> </p><ul><li><p>High school diploma or GED required <i>(no degree required for any position within AB ONE Wholesalers!)</i></p></li><li><p>Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment</p></li><li><p>Ability and willingness to adjust schedule as necessary to handle business needs, such as holiday weeks, weekends, or alarm coverage.
