This role demands exceptional leadership, organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure our high standards are consistently met.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Role and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of two independent cleaning teams.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to team members.&nbsp;</li><li>Foster a positive and productive work environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Address and resolve any performance issues or conflicts promptly.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct regular on-site inspections of cleaned retail stores to ensure adherence to company standards and client expectations.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain detailed records of inspections and identify areas for improvement.&nbsp;</li><li>Implement quality control measures and provide constructive feedback to team members.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and manage weekly cleaning schedules for both teams, ensuring efficient coverage of all assigned retail locations.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for teams and equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide initial and ongoing training to team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and the proper use of equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify individual training needs and implement development plans to enhance team skills and performance.&nbsp;</li><li>Establish and maintain professional relationships with store managers and client representatives.&nbsp;</li><li>Adress client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.&nbsp;</li><li>Other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Supervisory Responsibility</strong></p><p>This position has supervisory responsibilities over custodial team members</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>1 year supervisory experience</li><li>2 years experience in commercial custodial services.</li><li>Bilingual in Spanish and/or American Sign Language preferred.</li><li>Experience with disabled or&nbsp;disadvantaged populations.</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.&nbsp;</li><li>Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.&nbsp;</li><li>Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle unexpected situations effectively.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated ability to use mobile devices and technology for communication, scheduling and reporting.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with approved driving record, liability insurance and a reliable vehicle to travel for work related business.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Physical Requirements&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to work in both a climate controlled and non-climate-controlled environment.</li><li>Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds at times.</li><li>Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning such as walking, standing, bending, lifting and carrying for duration of shift.</li><li>Ability to work with various cleaning tools and equipment.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>Comprehensive Health Coverage</strong>: We provide top-tier medical, dental, and vision insurance to ensure you and your family stay healthy and happy.</li><li><strong>Generous Paid Time Off</strong>: Recharge with our generous PTO policy, which includes vacation days, personal days, and company-wide holidays.</li><li><strong>Paid Parental Leave:</strong> We understand the importance of family.
