The ideal candidate will bring a couple of years of prior experience in the outdoor industry, along with a willingness to learn and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.</p>\n<p>In this role, you will serve as the face of iKamper for both in-person and online customers—welcoming visitors to our showroom, responding to product and service inquiries, and guiding customers through our rooftop tents and outdoor lifestyle products. Your goal will be to deliver a brand-aligned experience that inspires confidence and builds lasting customer relationships.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greet and engage customers, providing product knowledge and tailored recommendations.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate product features, setup, and functionality of iKamper tents and accessories.</li>\n<li>Assist with showroom operations, including merchandising, restocking, and cleanliness.</li>\n<li>Handle shipping damage and warranty claims</li>\n<li>Support sales efforts by processing orders, answering customer inquiries, and coordinating with the sales and operations teams.</li>\n<li>Represent iKamper’s brand values by delivering an authentic and enthusiastic customer experience.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with team members to meet sales and service goals.</li>\n<li>Participate in occasional outdoor events, trade shows, or campouts to promote the iKamper brand.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience in the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">outdoor industry</span> (retail, sales, or customer service preferred).</li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.</li>\n<li>Proficient with POS systems and experienced in using Shopify, Monday.com, and Zendesk platforms.</li>\n<li>Willingness to learn iKamper’s product line in detail and share knowledge with customers.</li>\n<li>A reliable <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">team player</span> who thrives in a collaborative environment.</li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with tent setup/demonstrations.</li>\n<li>Flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.</li>\n<li>Authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. (We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands-on outdoor experience (camping, overlanding, adventure travel).</li>\n<li>Familiarity with rooftop tents or overlanding gear.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive compensation package.</li>\n<li>Employee discounts on iKamper products.</li>\n<li>Opportunities to participate in outdoor events and brand activations.</li>\n<li>A dynamic, supportive, and adventurous work environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
