    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Legato, LLC</span> recruiters ([email protected]) would love to speak with you regarding the following position: <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Acquisition Professional </span>in Fort Meade, MD.<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Security Clearance Required</span>: TS/SCI w/ Polygraph<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary Range</span>: $120,000-$170,000, depending on experience.<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Will Do:</span></p>\n<p>The Acquisition Professional Supports Program Managers in the identification and collection of Minimum Acquisition Requirements.  Coordinate and schedule pre-acquisition meetings.  Conduct market research and document findings  Draft market surveys and analyze results. Provide assistance in analyzing and developing improved policies, plans, methods, procedures, and systems of acquisition management. Write Award Fee Plans documenting the customers’ strategies to incentivize performance. Assist the customer in providing oversight and compliance review of acquisition documentation at all levels of preparation. </p>\n<p><br>Our minimum requirements for this role:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advice to customer on acquisition / solicitation / award strategy</li>\n<li>Development / refinement of acquisition strategy, including drafting, documentation management, tracking of status, organizing meetings</li>\n<li>Requirements phase gathering and documentation, including management and integration of contract requirements from multiple sources solicitation drafting / administration / strategy</li>\n<li>Administration: tracking, documenting correspondence and questions from prospective vendors, support for industry day activities</li>\n<li>Source selection administration: organizing proposal review process, administration of scoring, proposal review documentation management, etc.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Three (3) years minimum experience writing pre-solicitation documents in compliance with the customer policies</li>\n<li>Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in acquisition management, contracting or contract management is required</li>\n<li>In lieu of a degree, DAWIA Level II in any focus area and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of fifteen (15) years may be substituted.  In lieu of certification, an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Your New Company</span><br>Legato, LLC is a dynamic small business headquartered in Columbia, near Ft.
