New solutions are typically first tested and refined in smaller projects before being rolled out on a larger scale.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, build, deploy, and operate backend services using C# and ASP.NET Core.</li>\n<li>Own services end-to-end, from technical design through production monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.</li>\n<li>Build and evolve high-throughput systems that must perform reliably under real-world load.</li>\n<li>Improve system performance, reliability, and fault tolerance through profiling, debugging, and architectural refinement.</li>\n<li>Contribute to modernisation of existing systems, including decomposition of legacy components into scalable services.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with product, QA, and engineers to scope, prioritise, and deliver features.</li>\n<li>Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring of less experienced team members.</li>\n<li>Use AI-assisted development tools where they add real value to productivity and code quality.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong professional experience building backend systems with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and event-driven design.</li>\n<li>Experience designing APIs and service-to-service communication.</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience troubleshooting production systems and improving reliability and performance.</li>\n<li>Understanding of software design principles (SOLID, design patterns) and their practical application.</li>\n<li>Experience with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).</li>\n<li>Familiarity with testing practices and CI/CD pipelines.</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to have</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Solace, ZeroMQ).</li>\n<li>Experience with observability and monitoring (logs, metrics, tracing, OpenTelemetry).</li>\n<li>Experience with relational databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL) and performance optimisation.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with caching solutions (e.g. Redis).</li>\n<li>Experience with real-time systems or high-availability environments (fintech, trading, etc.).</li>\n<li>Familiarity with reactive programming (Rx.NET, DynamicData).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Our benefits</span><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive compensation package</li>\n<li>Medical insurance</li>\n<li>Provident fund</li>\n<li>In-house gym with a personal trainer</li>\n<li>Free daily lunch catering, snacks, and beverages</li>\n<li>Company discount card for various products and services</li>\n<li>21 days of annual leave and 10 days of sick leave annually</li>\n<li>Shuttle bus service from Limassol</li>\n<li>Relocation bonus and visa/work permit support</li>\n</ul>",
