This is a technical office-based role focused on producing high-quality surveying deliverables and coordinating closely with Survey Project Managers to meet project schedules and budgets.</p>\n<p>This position is intended for candidates with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">prior land surveying experience</span>, not general CAD-only drafting.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare surveying maps and exhibits using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Carlson and AutoCAD</span>, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Plot plans</li>\n<li>Topographic surveys</li>\n<li>ALTA/NSPS surveys</li>\n<li>Boundary surveys</li>\n<li>As-built surveys</li>\n<li>Final plats and other survey deliverables</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Work with Survey Project Managers to produce accurate deliverables within established budgets and schedules</li>\n<li>Submit plats and survey maps to governmental agencies for review and approval</li>\n<li>Maintain high standards of work quality and compliance with FEI policies and procedures</li>\n<li>Collaborate effectively with survey staff and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum of 1 year of relevant land surveying experience</span></li>\n<li>Proficiency with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Carlson and AutoCAD in a surveying environment</span></li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>CAD certifications related to surveying</li>\n<li>Associate’s degree in Geomatics or related field</li>\n<li>Experience with Ajera expense and timesheet systems</li>\n<li>Interest in long-term growth within the surveying profession</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Work Environment &amp; Schedule</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Office-based position</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mon–Thu: 7:30am–5:30pm | Fri: 7:30am–11:30am</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Performance Metrics</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Utilization</li>\n<li>Efficiency</li>\n<li>Responsibility</li>\n<li>Communication</li>\n<li>Work ethic</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Employment Eligibility</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
