You’ll be joining a highly supportive environment with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, diverse case mix, strong financial package, and a collaborative team culture. \n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Staffing Model:</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>1 Anesthesiologist</p></li>\n   <li><p>2 CRNAs </p></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><p><strong>Weekly Points of Service </strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Monday - Wednesday: 2 POS</p></li>\n   <li><p>Thursday - Friday: 3 POS </p></li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Schedule</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Monday–Friday, Surgery Center Lifestyle </p></li>\n <li><p>Typical clinical hours: 40 hours / week</p></li>\n <li>Typical clinical schedule: 7am - 3pm </li>\n <li><p><strong>No nights / No Call / No weekends</strong> – enjoy true work-life balance!</p></li>\n</ul>Bread-and-butter outpatient cases, including:General, ENT, Plastics, Orthopedic, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Pain Management, Urology, GI \n<p><strong>Base Salary:</strong> $240,000</p>\n<p><strong>Sign-On Bonus:</strong> Available - Will be discussed at time of offer </p>\n<p><strong>Paid Time Off:</strong> 7 weeks annually </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Additional standard benefits including 401K match and more!  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>About The Facility</h2>\n<p>Facility Description:South Kansas City SurgiCenter is a multi-specialty facility that specializes in surgical and procedural services for adults and children.
