    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Performance analyst will be responsible for calculating and reviewing Composite level performance as well as researching any outliers.  Analyst will also be responsible for addressing ad-hoc requests from Investment teams and other internal partners and supporting ongoing GIPS verification.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Location(s): Milwaukee, WI</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Review all monthly account performance calculations for completion and accuracy</li>\n <li>Reconcile performance between multiple platforms</li>\n <li>Collaborate effectively with other teams on special strategic initiatives</li>\n <li>Proactively identify areas to increase efficiency</li>\n <li>Enhance the controls of the audit review process</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field</li>\n <li>2+ Years of performance analysis for investment performance</li>\n <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Apps</li>\n <li>Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.</li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.</li>\n <li>Remain in stationary position for prolonged periods of time</li>\n <li>Operate computer programs and software</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats</li>\n <li>Day-to-day contact with others (co-workers and/or public)</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS<strong>®</strong>)</li>\n <li>Experience with Archer/Confluence StatPro or Advent/APX preferred</li>\n <li>Experience with market systems such as: FactSet, Bloomberg, Morningstar</li>\n <li>Experience with automated financial systems such as: Confluence StatPro, Archer, Confluence Unity, Advent APX</li>\n <li>Experience with Power Apps is a plus</li>\n <li>Experience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools is a plus</li>\n <li>CIPM Preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Please note</strong></em><em>: This position does not offer sponsorship for employment visas.
