At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values—they are the pillars of our continued success.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Stationary Chief Engineer is responsible for managing day-to-day plant operations including all service contracts in order to improve efficiency for our Client.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage plant operations and the HVAC maintenance department.</li>\n <li>Manage sub-contracts and purchase orders with service providers for Central Energy Plant (CEP) repairs.</li>\n <li>Trains and coaches the operators to ensure the plant operates efficiently.</li>\n <li>Perform on-going training of the plant operators.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain the Plant Operating Manual and Emergency SOP's.</li>\n <li>Assist the EPC team with the coordination of engineering, procurement, and construction activities without interfering with normal operations.</li>\n <li>Maintain adequate parts and materials inventory.</li>\n <li>Coordinate on-site troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts with remote support services team.</li>\n <li>Maintain an appropriate tool inventory for the stationary engineers.</li>\n <li>Manage client expectations.</li>\n <li>#LI-OL1</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h4>Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>10+ years of central energy plant and facility operations experience.</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Well-versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain a positive attitude and team morale.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Technical background/degree.</li>\n <li>Hospital or Lab Experience.</li>\n <li>1st Class A/C and Boilers licenses.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Travel Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>0-5% of the time will be spent traveling to the job site(s)/office locations.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Physical Activities</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Climbing stairs.</li>\n <li>Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles</li>\n <li>Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods</li>\n <li>Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers</li>\n <li>Operating machinery and/or power tools</li>\n <li>Operating motor vehicles or heavy equipment</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Environmental Conditions</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Low temperature</li>\n <li>High temperature</li>\n <li>Outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind</li>\n <li>Noisy environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Physical Demands</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Medium work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 50 pounds</li>\n</ul>\n<h2></h2>\n<p>ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
