Brands is seeking an Associate Manager, Data Analytics and Automation, to join our Global Internal Audit function. This role sits at the intersection of Finance and Technology, driving automation and analytics solutions that enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, and improve decision-making across global operations. The position will optimize Internal Audit’s digital strategy while also serving as a strategic partner to functional leaders across Finance and other key areas, helping to scale modern solutions and mentor others in adopting new tools.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong><u>Salary Range:</u></strong>&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span>$108,000 - $125,000 annually + bonus eligibility. <i><strong>This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors</strong></i><strong>.</strong></span></p>\n<p><span><strong><u>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</u></strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Partner with Audit leadership to define and maintain a Data Analytics Strategy aligned with business priorities and audit objectives.</span></li>\n <li><span>Serve as a thought leader in identifying and applying emerging technologies, including AI, to improve audit processes such as risk assessment, fieldwork, and reporting.</span></li>\n <li><span>Design and maintain risk-focused analytics using multiple internal data sources to support planning and decision-making.</span></li>\n <li><span>Develop reusable analytics frameworks, dashboards, and reporting tools that enable continuous monitoring and stakeholder self-service.</span></li>\n <li><span>Document, maintain, and execute reporting processes, including automations and dashboards for cycle reporting.</span></li>\n <li><span>Oversee and sustain Internal Audit’s automation portfolio, ensuring alignment with risk and compliance objectives; collaborate with RPA and technical experts for new development.</span></li>\n <li><span>Manage and coach a direct report, including performance management and development planning.</span></li>\n <li><span>Mentor and enable cross-functional teams to adopt analytics and automation tools by providing training, templates, and reusable frameworks.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong><u>Minimum Requirements:</u></strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Information Systems, or related field</span></li>\n <li><span>6+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years leading data analytics, automation, or technology-driven transformation within Finance, Audit, or Operations</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience with automation platforms (e.g., UiPath) and Python for analytics or process automation</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong ability to build and maintain reporting dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Domo) that support business insights</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience documenting data workflows and automation processes</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives</span></li>\n <li><span>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications:</u></strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Professional certifications (CPA, GIAC Machine Learning Engineer, or related finance/technology credentials)</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience managing or mentoring others</span></li>\n <li><span>Exposure to AI/ML, advanced analytics, or natural language processing tools</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence teams and senior leadership</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong><u>Benefits:</u></strong></span></p>\n<p><span>Employees (and their eligible family members) may enroll in the following types of insurance coverage: medical, dental, vision, legal, and accidental death and dismemberment, as well as FSA/HSA (depending on enrolled medical plan).
