Combined with the use of rope access technology and inspection expertise, we provide a comprehensive inspection and repair solution for the wind industry.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Acuren Wind Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced and driven <strong>Site Superintendent</strong> to lead wind turbine maintenance operations at site. This a full time, temporary role responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing crews, and ensuring all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project and client expectations.  This is a key leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced field environment and has a strong background in renewable energy operations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Position Details:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Rotation/Shift: 6 weeks on and 1 week off, with the week off being optional. During the 6-week period, the standard schedule will typically be 5 days on, 2 days off, at 12 hours per day. This would vary depending on project and client requirements </li>\n <li>Start Date: <em>Approximately May 25, 2026. </em></li>\n <li>Duration: 3 months; Duration may vary depending on project and client requirements </li>\n <li><em>Rate: $50.00 - $60.00 (Payrates are based upon level of experience and Tech Level/Certifications)</em></li>\n <li>Location & Travel: Quebec, Flights and accommodations provided</li>\n <li>Please note a pre-employment D&A will be required for this position</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and oversee all onsite wind turbine maintenance activities</li>\n <li>Supervise and support technicians, ensuring work is completed safely and to high-quality standards</li>\n <li>Act as the primary point of contact between site personnel, clients, and internal stakeholders</li>\n <li>Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities, outages, and project timelines</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements</li>\n <li>Conduct site inspections, safety meetings, and incident investigations as required</li>\n <li>Monitor productivity, performance, and project progress, implementing improvements where needed</li>\n <li>Coordinate logistics including tooling, and material requirements in collaboration with the Inventory Coordinator</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and site records</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven experience in a Site Manager, Supervisor, or leadership role within wind energy, construction, or a related industrial field</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of wind turbine maintenance operations and safety standards</li>\n <li>Experience managing crews in a field-based or remote environment</li>\n <li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic work environment</li>\n <li>GWO Certifications BST, BTT and ART </li>\n <li>Bilingual in English and French (strongly preferred)</li>\n <li>Technical background as a Wind Technician or related trade</li>\n <li>Proficient with reporting tools, Microsoft Office, and operational systems</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and ability to travel or work on rotation as required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p>The strength of Acuren lies in its outstanding people.
