All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Now hiring for multiple roles - earn up to $21/hr based on your experience.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Introduction</strong></p>\n<p>The Electronic Assemblies Operator is responsible for performing repetitive intermediate-level assembly work on low-volume, high-mix assembly lines to mass produce transformers, inductors and power supply products.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Reliable team member that can work independently within the team.</li>\n <li>Displays process integrity.</li>\n <li>Consistently helps benchmark expectations of productivity and quality of work.</li>\n <li>Displays the highest level of quality standards.</li>\n <li>Leads by example when relating to Core Values.</li>\n <li>J-STD-001D Inspection certified.</li>\n <li>Possess a basic understanding of problem solving (PDCA) and the ability to identify and/or solve quality problems.</li>\n <li>Possesses an advanced understanding of the principles of Lean Manufacturing.</li>\n <li>Possesses an advanced understanding of the principles of visual workplace management.</li>\n <li>Assists in solving quality and production issues on the line.</li>\n <li>Displays an ability to train other team members in various production activities.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned or required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications, Skills and Attributes</h2>\n<p><strong>Core Competencies</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Able to independently read and understand production drawings and work instructions.</li>\n <li>Able to work with chemicals.</li>\n <li>Good manual dexterity/ability.</li>\n <li>Working in a repetitive job.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of quality practices.</li>\n <li>Meets vision requirements specified by quality management system. </li>\n <li>The position is in the production floor and could involve sitting for a long period of time, but not limited to standing walking and lifting throughout the day. </li>\n <li>Lifting amount up to 25 pounds.</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>GED or High School Diploma preferred but not required.</li>\n <li>Two years experience in electronics assembly preferred.</li>\n <li>Soldering experience of one year preferred.</li>\n <li>Inspection and training experience preferred.</li>\n <li><strong>This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
