Description

Role Summary The Presentation Specialist will be responsible for producing high-quality documents and presentations efficiently and effectively as part of the client operations team. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on global client projects. Responsibilities and Duties • Create and format PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel templates for global clients. • Design high-quality presentation templates from scratch. • Convert handwritten, scanned, or PDF documents into professional slides using creativity and imagination. • Format raw presentations according to client standards and templates. • Deliver projects independently from start to finish with minimal supervision. • Maintain a self-quality checklist to ensure error-free output. • (Optional) Utilize additional tools such as CorelDraw and InDesign (preferred but not mandatory). Required Skills/Abilities • Positive attitude and strong sense of ownership. • Excellent attention to detail and quality. • Strong time management and organizational skills. • Good verbal and written English communication skills. • Professional approach to problem-solving and project completion. • Ability to make sound decisions and work independently. • Adaptability to process changes and willingness to work rotating shifts (including weekends). • Desired: Multilanguage skills (other than Spanish and English) Education and Experience • High school graduates • Freshers, professionals or students with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) basic experience. • Typing speed of 30 WPM or higher preferred.
