    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>The men&rsquo;s basketball assistant coach will assist the head coach in all aspects of leading the men&rsquo;s basketball program. Duties include, but are not limited to, prospect evaluation and recruiting, athletics department operations, game film management, on-court strategic input, player development, assisting in fundraising, assisting in summer camp organization and operations, maintaining team social media pages, academic monitoring.</p><p><strong><u>Essential Job Functions:</u></strong></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist head coach with on-floor basketball coaching.</li><li>Evaluate and recruit prospective student athletes on- and off- campus.</li><li>Maintain accuracy of men&rsquo;s basketball FrontRush database.</li><li>Organize recruiting communications and campus visits.</li><li>Serve on Athletics Department operational teams (e.g. game day management)</li><li>Upload game film, breakdown game film and prepare scouting reports (both video and text).</li><li>Assist with program fundraising.</li><li>Assist with planning and operation of summer basketball camps.</li><li>Maintain team social media pages.</li><li>Perform routine academic check-ins for members of men&rsquo;s basketball team.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ol><p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelors degree required</li><li>Ability to work with individuals of diverse backgrounds required</li><li>Valid driver&#39;s license and evidence of insurability required</li><li>Relevant coaching experience at the NCAA level, Division III, preferred</li><li>Recruiting experience at the collegiate level, Division III, preferred</li><li>First Aid and AED certification, preferred</li><li>Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and some evenings required</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills</li></ul><p>Please include resume, cover letter, and references with application.</p></div>\n",
