We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support our Information Technology team.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Business Systems Analyst is a member of an agile development team that delivers software products and services to internal stakeholders and external customers.  The Business Systems Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring that the needs of the business and customers are captured and conveyed to the development team as part of our agile Scrum process.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Functions:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze and document end-to-end system workflows, data flows, and functional/technical requirements </li>\n<li>Work closely with Credit Risk teams to understand underwriting policies, risk strategies, and portfolio management needs, and translate them into system logic. </li>\n<li>Translate credit policy, underwriting strategies, and data science models into decision engine logic. </li>\n<li>Partner with Marketing teams to design and execute credit card acquisition campaigns, including Pre qual, Internet and direct mail campaigns strategies. </li>\n<li>Collaborate with Data Science teams to operationalize models (risk scores, response models, fraud signals) into production systems. </li>\n<li>Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data mapping documentation </li>\n<li>Define API requirements and support integrations with credit bureaus (Experian, TransUnion, Equifax), KYC/fraud platforms, and marketing systems </li>\n<li>Translate campaign strategies and model outputs into decision rules, segmentation logic,  </li>\n<li>Support campaign execution, tracking, and performance analysis (approval rates, conversion, response rates, ROI) </li>\n<li>Collaborate with engineering teams on system design, APIs, and event-driven architectures </li>\n<li>Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage backlog using Azure DevOps or JIRA </li>\n<li>Support UAT and end-to-end testing by defining test scenarios and validating outcomes </li>\n<li>Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis across decision systems, models, and data pipelines</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The ideal candidate will have the following:</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience as a Technical BSA in fintech or financial services</li>\n<li>Computer science background preferred</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with decision engines or rule-based systems </li>\n<li>Experience working with Agile tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence) </li>\n<li>Solid understanding of APIs (REST/JSON), system integrations, and data flows </li>\n<li>Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting </li>\n<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills </li>\n<li>Strong understanding of credit card acquisition, underwriting, and lifecycle management </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Continental Finance?</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Continental Finance Company (the “CFC”) is one of America’s leading marketers and servicers of credit cards for consumers with less-than-perfect credit.
