The Route Relief Drivers will be responsible for the delivery and restocking of products to retail stores and/or wholesale distribution locations. This position will cover various routes and will require travel. Driver must follow all Department of Transportation regulations.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><em>Responsibilities</em></strong><em>:&nbsp;</em></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Safely load, unload, and deliver products to each account.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Drive truck over established route to deliver, stock, and stage products at customer locations.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays and deliver promotional material to customers.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Verify shipment accuracy and salable condition of the product.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Resolve discrepancies and customer complaints.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collect empty containers, and rejected, or unsold merchandise for a return.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Complete daily inventory, orders, delivery invoices, and proof of delivery as required.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform Motor Vehicle Inspections on trucks to conform to DOT regulations and company policy and assist with routine maintenance on trucks.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Exhibit courteousness toward customers, work cooperatively with co-workers and supervisors, maintain a neat appearance and follow established policies and directions of management.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain vehicle and hours of service logs as required by DOT.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain reliable attendance and consistent work hours.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><em>Qualifications and Experience</em></strong><em>:&nbsp;</em></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Six months of verifiable experience driving Class A or Class B commercial vehicles preferred.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must have a Class A or B commercial driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to pass a D.O.T. Physical, background and Drug Screen</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience: Past route sales experience and a good driving record preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must Pass clearinghouse.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum Age: 21, as per Federal D.O.T. regulations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience in product delivery and customer service preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Open to relocating or transferring to other locations as dictated by the operational requirements of the business.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><em>Other Required Functions:&nbsp;</em></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to read, write, perform basic mathematical calculations, and accurately record data required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Require travel.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><em>Physical Demand/Working Conditions:</em></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to frequently stand, walk, climb, bend, twist, push/pull reach at shoulder, above and below shoulder.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The sales route relief driver will have to stack and unstack items weighing 50 to 60 pounds from a height of approximately six feet to the ground and back continually as well as drag stacks of milk weighing approximately 240 pounds, throughout the shift. Lift/Carry Lower 30-45 lbs 70%, 45-60 lbs 30 % continuous.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Load and unload truck and carry merchandise.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Required to work in very hot (100&deg;+) and very cool (less than 32&deg;) and humid environments throughout the year.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Required to work outside most of the time, regardless of the conditions.
