Our commitment to excellence stems from our personal integrity and from other defining attributes, which we call \"Dewberry at Work,\" that have inspired our employees to be successful for over 60 years.</em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform all aspects of land surveying, GPS control, control using robotic total stations, ALTA surveys, property surveys, topography and existing conditions surveys, utility and as-built recovery and construction stakeout</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Skills & Required Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A minimum of 5 years of working experience as a Party Chief</li>\n <li>Ability to operate Robotic Total Stations and fluent in GPS, static, RTK and RTN collection protocols</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Trimble TSC3, TSC5 or TSC7 Data Collectors</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Carlson Survey software a plus</li>\n <li>Sufficient knowledge to handle most survey-related tasks in the field to include the ability to review and understand construction drawings and perform associated layout</li>\n <li>Experienced in reading and understanding deeds and plats</li>\n <li>Experienced in recovery of boundary evidence in the field</li>\n <li>Ability to collect as-built and topographic data, provide sketches and work with survey technicians to develop superior mapping products</li>\n <li>Ability to work  under rigorous conditions</li>\n <li>Utility locating experience a plus</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills</li>\n <li>Must be reliable<strong> </strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must understand the importance of the deliverable and have a track record of ownership with regard to all projects and assignments and be a team player</li>\n <li>Have the ability to work out of town, flexible with work area</li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and be able to maintain a valid driver’s license in order to operate company vehicle</li>\n <li>Must be able to pass drug/alcohol screening</li>\n <li>Physically able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and terrains</li>\n <li>Ability to repetitively stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat and lift 50 lbs; includes body weight, equipment, tools and boxes, in addition to ability  to stand for long periods of time on varied surfaces</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Don’t meet every single requirement?
