We are seeking a full time qualified candidate to be responsible for all aspects of bidding electrical work.  The position requires a high level of electrical construction experience, and customer service to build and maintain relationships. Experience with healthcare projects and electrical background is preferred.</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-weight: bold\"> Major Duties:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\">Bid and prepare cost estimates.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\">Prepare and oversee preconstruction budgets and scheduling.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\">Download drawings and bid documents.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\">Review contract drawings and specifications.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\">Reach out to vendors for quotes.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\">Job site visits on remodel projects.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\">Prepare bid letters and other documents as required for the bid.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare and present all take-offs, quotes, bid letters and other documents to the electrical division manager for review.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to estimate commercial, mixed-use, multi-dwelling, healthcare, and mission critical projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to manage multiple high-revenue projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Actively contributes to a positive team environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrates dependability with regular attendance and compliance to scheduled work hours.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\">Five plus years of electrical construction, design, finance, and two years’ experience/knowledge of electrical project management experience required.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\">A licensed electrician or an electrical background required.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\">Must be able to multi-task.  Bid multiple projects at a time.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\">Superior communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) skills are essential.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\">Accubid/Construct Jobs proficiency.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\">Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) and Bluebeam.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
