Understands the requirements from the MPS (Master Production Schedule) for fitting and plans to meet the schedule.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quality, Cost, Delivery &amp; Safety (QCDS) responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quality:</span> Validate and document that paint finish meets specification. Maintain                equipment to published standards.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cost:</span> Seek ways to minimise unused paint and solvents.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Delivery:</span> Meet MPS agreed delivery dates to the Fitting MPS.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Safety: </span>Ensure the process, tools and capacities utilised <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">NEVER</span> compromise safety. If</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br>unsure, STOP.</p>\n<p><br>Maintain a 5S compliant workspace.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Requirements and Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare all parts to be painted as required for the paint system specified.</li>\n<li>Prepare paint systems to be used in accordance with Manufacturer’s procedures.</li>\n<li>Maintain a safe, clean, orderly workspace at all times.</li>\n<li>Ensure all parts in a kit are painted as required to meet the Fitting need date.</li>\n<li>Complete all required processes and associated documentation, testing as required to validate required specifications are met.</li>\n<li>Maintain the skills necessary to complete the assigned tasks required to meet the Master Production Schedule (MPS).</li>\n<li>Understand the MPS and ensure you can complete a job on time or have it rescheduled.</li>\n<li>Consider and plan so as to most efficiently use the required paint systems</li>\n<li>Maintain the equipment assigned to your Team in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and/or best practise.</li>\n<li>Prepare and present ‘Kits’ of parts to the follow-on Process Teams, e.g., Fitting, Fabrication and Impeller Teams in accordance with the MPS.</li>\n<li>Be aware of all applicable work instructions/procedures. Ensure discipline in their use.</li>\n<li>Ensure Zero Defects, own the quality of your own work.</li>\n<li>Never compromise your safety, or that of anyone else. If you see or feel a situation may compromise safety, STOP, and report. Ensure you know that the process, tools, and capacities utilised to manufacture a given design, allow for the Job to be completed without compromising safety.</li>\n<li>Using a combination of 5S Boards, Visual Postings and Team Meetings, maintain awareness and transparency with all members of your Team in what is working, and what is not. The team should constantly review, measure, and optimise its methods, so that Halifax Fan is better assured to meet its commitments, while maintaining total order fulfilment Cycle Time.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge, Skill or Ability required</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Painting Equipment Maintenance or Operating experience.</li>\n</ul>",
